Argus Drafting & Consulting Service is a comprehensive design and plan development service specializing in properties located in the foothill or mountain areas (hillside construction) of the Central Sierra, Madera, Mariposa, and Fresno counties with over 30 years experience. We provide the following:

  1. Project consultation, preliminary cost analysis, and feasability studies (2 hour free consultation)
  2. Plans - including required engineering - e.g. lateral and structural analysis and civil engineering when required.
  3. Title 24 energy calculations with special attention to building orientation and energy efficiency.
  4. Site development and preparation.
  5. General contracting, survey, and mapping (if contracted to do so).
